Shipping worldwide is free on orders of $100 or more, otherwise standard shipping rates apply.

Shipping depends on the distance from our shipping facility and must take into consideration any holidays.

First login to view recent orders, or review your confirmation email which will have your tracking number and current status.

Unfortunately sometimes we pack our orders only minutes after you make them, so please quickly send an email to our Support team.

All purchases are through PayPal. All major credit cards and PayPal payments are accepted.

You are not required to register before placing your order, however it does help speed the process of future purchases.

Once logged in, you go to "My Account" > "Personal Information" > and click the "Edit" button located to the right to update any personal information.

Click "Login / Register" at the top of any page and under the "Login" column click the "Forgot your Password?" link.
